Does our company accept custom design requirements from our clients?Yes, we do accept custom design requirements. If you're interested to import any custom items, feel free to reach us out with pictures & dimensions.

What is our Standard Packing?Our Standard Packing consists of Corrugated Roll & Air Bubble Sheets for larger items and Corrugated Boxes for short items but we can also pack products in our client's requirement, we ensure to qualify transit test (ISTA 1 A) of all our Merchandise.

How will I know when my order has shipped?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, Usually happens within 2-3 weeks from the time you placed your order

How can we place an order?You can place your order by Email, All orders are accepted on T.T Basis(Wire Transfer), DP Basis, or On Irrevocable L/C on a sight basis (Letter of Credit).

When the order is confirmed?Orders are confirmed once we received a advance part payment of the total value of consignment if on T.T Basis, DP Basis, or else if we confirm L/C at our Bank, in on L/C Basis.

How & when to pay the balance on T.T Basis?When the Merchandise is ready we email you the copy of Documents then balance amount is required. T.T and as we receive the balance we will send you the shipping documents.

How & when to pay the balance on D.P. Basis?When the container is loaded we submit Shipping Documents at our bank for collection of the balance payment, once our bank presents documents to your bank then you have to pay the balance at the bank

What are our shipping charges till MUNDRA Port?In case of a full container, All Shipping Charges are already included in F.O.B Mundra Port Price, From Mundra Port to your country port charges will be on the client.
